Project: Transformation of a traditional haussmannian apartment and recomposition of the living spaces

An apartment is said to be “Haussmannian” when it belongs to a building built between 1853 and 1890 in Paris, under the Second Empire. These apartments, which are generally more than 150 years old, are not easy to renovate. They have a charm to preserve and challenging technical characteristics. The EL’LE ARCHITECTS team  have entrusted their work to craftsmen whose know-how has enabled them to be renovated in accordance with the rules of the art. From an aesthetic point of view, the black line that runs through the place, underlines like in a contemporary painting the different living spaces.
