Project: Creation of a terrace for an existing restaurant

The concept of the Place de l’Europe, elaborated by the architect and urban planner Ricardo Bofill in 1996 at the request of the Luxembourg Government, foresaw a central building on a triangular square. It is in this prestigious setting that the EL’LE ARCHITECTS team  has designed for the restaurant TEMPO a terrace of 80 seats in a luminous yellow intended to both energize this huge  very mineral square and catch the eye of onlookers.
