Project: Transformation of a single family house into a residential building

This former townhouse was transformed by EL’LE ARCHITECTS into a residence of 3 apartments and 1 commercial space.

Intended for renting, the apartments are sober, so that the future tenants can easily project themselves. Only one architectural block in terms of aesthetics, materials and volumes allows the whole project to be homogenized.

These apartments  have been designed to optimize space, enhanced by the addition of generous balconies.
