No buyer could see the potential of this abandoned janitor’s cottage, which housed impersonal offices.

Our architects decided to restore the house to its former glory by completely refurbishing it. Spaces were decompartmentalized and redefined. Raw materials such as concrete, standing wood and talor-made carpentry give it an great character.

Light plays with volumes and expands the space.
