IKO Real Estate wanted to design the first office building in Luxembourg to be certified under the WELL Building Standard®.

The EL’LE ARCHITECTS team met the requirements imposed by this label, and were able to perfectly combine aesthetics, high technicality and innovation in order to make the well-being of the building’s employees the central point of its interior design.With its flexible and modular floors, the project offers a wide range of layout possibilities, supported by a harmonious palette of natural colors. The greening of the building and the creation of collaborative spaces reinforced the idea that the interior design should be both beautiful and healthy for the occupants. Nature naturally played a central role in the development of this concept.
