Project: Transformation of several areas within an existing space open to the public

The gastronomic restaurant “Les Roses” has been refurbished to be more elegant and modern. The splendid custom-made carpet recalls Monet’s water lilies and the Giverny garden.

The interior architecture came to support the sober and modern kitchen of the new Chef, and the colors and materials were chosen with regard to the aesthetics of the dishes.
