Project: Creation of a production laboratory, offices and a store for the COCOTTES restaurant chain

For reasons such as professionalism, efficiency and storage space, a real culinary workshop of 2000m2 was built. It brings together all the production teams, the quality control team, the administrative offices, the centralization of orders and a marketing department. It was also an opportunity to open a small store in the heart of this giant kitchen!
The COCOTTES codes have of course been respected, and functionality, bright colors and raw materials are at the heart of this project.
