Project: Transformation of a dilapidated apartment by a recomposition of open volumes

Located on the top floor of an old building, this small miller’s apartment, with many interior partitions, was equipped with all essential functions. Our client fell in love with this property because of its location, with an exceptional view of the whole city of Luxembourg.
We decided to transform it into a hotel style suite with comfortable materials, mixing Nordic softness and Italian warmth. The bedroom space can be visible or hidden by a tinted glass partition.
